Note on #3: Please allow flexibility of at least three weeks from when a job order form is sent to us and two weeks from when the job is ready. We will give consideration to any exceptions.

Note on #4: These are our stock colors which will incur no extra charge. Due to limited supply from factory, we cannot gaurantee lead time or availability. If color is not listed, specify both the color and mfg. to request quote.

Note on #7&8: 5K with 2x3 is standard for up to 800 ft2 of shed area, 5K with 3x4 up to 1,600 ft2, 6K is recommended >1,600 ft2 and some commercial and special applications. For roofs that are steeper than 8 pitch, even larger dspts and gutters may be needed. Please ask for special quote and availability for anything other than these two sizes.

Note on #8-14: If these are not specified, they will be assumed to not apply. If we arrive on site and find any does apply, surcharge may be applied for extra time incurred.
